Family Fun Night

Family Fun Night brings families and friends together in the name of Christ. Its theme changes from event to event, but always weaves the Word of God into its activities.

"Please Pass the Fruit"

Prince of Peace's first Family Fun Night in July provided a night filled with food, fun and music. The evening's events began with family members preparing various fruit to make a fruit salad as a side dish to the pizza dinner. Guitar music filled the Parish Hall. Voices sang songs of faith, love and joy. The night ended with tie dying t-shirts. The t-shirts were worn by participants on the following Friday as they sang songs to residents of the Bee Hive Assisted Living Center. The Word of God which was woven into the activities was "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such there is no law." Galatians 5:22-23.
